Fiifi Mensah

Chairman and Co-founder with extensive experience in software systems, credit-union computerisation and regional technology leadership.

Fiifi Mensah is the Chairman and Co-founder of Debnua Investment & Properties Ltd. He is a software programmer with a Professional Diploma Certificate from NIIT Accra and a degree in Computer Science from Catholic University College, Fiapre-Sunyani.

Since 2005, Fiifi has contributed to the computerisation of credit unions in Ghana. He has more than 15 years of experience in software programming, networking and computer hardware.

He serves as Zonal Manager for CS Information Systems, a reputable software company in Ghana, with oversight responsibility for the Ashanti Region and parts of the Central and Western Regions.

Through local and international seminars, Fiifi has strengthened his technical and managerial expertise. His work includes translating client requirements into software solutions, delivering networking and hardware support, modifying program code to address changing market needs and providing practical solutions for a growing client base.

Fiifi is also active in politics and currently serves as Chairman of the New Patriotic Party in the Bantama Constituency. He is recognised for strong interpersonal relationships, determination and a results-oriented leadership style.

Kwaku Nyarko Addo is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Debnua Investment & Properties Ltd. He is the immediate past CEO and Co-founder of SHAccu Co-operative Credit Union in Shama, in Ghana’s Western Region.

He holds a BSc degree in Economics and a Professional Microfinance Certificate from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds an Executive Master’s degree from the China Europe International Business School and an International Executive Certificate from Harvard University, Cambridge, USA.

His professional qualifications include a certificate in Strategic Management of Microfinance Institutions from Finanzgruppe, Germany; a Certified Credit Union Manager’s Certificate from the Institute of Co-operative Affairs, Kenya; and a certificate in Financial Statement Analysis from the Databank Group.

Kwaku previously worked with ARCCU Co-operative Credit Union as Head of Finance and has more than 15 years of experience in credit-union management. He has participated in several local and international seminars organised by the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association, the African Confederation of Co-operative Savings and Credit Associations and the World Council of Credit Unions.

As Director, she provides strategic direction across the company's automotive, construction and real-estate portfolios, ensuring that every service meets high standards of quality, integrity and sustainable growth.

Barbara also serves as Managing Director of Reigna Ltd in the United Kingdom. Her international leadership experience strengthens her vision for Debnua: building partnerships rooted in trust and delivering impressive, meaningful results.

She is thoughtful, resilient and collaborative, with a leadership style defined by quiet confidence and a commitment to excellence.

Barbara holds a BSc in Mental Health and Wellbeing, a Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Leads group operations with extensive experience in sales, marketing, credit risk and branch management.

Charles Neequaye is the Group Head of Debnua Investment & Properties Ltd. Before joining Debnua, he was part of the management team of SHAccu Co-operative Credit Union, a co-operative financial institution in Ghana’s Western Region.

He began his career in sales with Fransuel Limited Company, the AirtelTigo dealer for the Western and Ashanti Regions of Ghana. He holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing from Takoradi Technical University.

Charles worked with SHAccu for 12 years and served in several roles, including Credit Risk Manager at the Head Office. He was Branch Manager at Aboadze for three years before moving to the Head Office, where he served as Branch Manager for a further two years.

Group Head — Ashanti Regional Operations

Leads Debnua’s Ashanti Regional operations with experience across corporate, public, health and legal-service environments.

Fred-Ian Turkson is the Group Head for the Ashanti Regional operations of Debnua Investment & Properties Ltd. He brings broad corporate and public-sector experience from several organisations.

His previous roles include Cluster Manager at Leadafrique International, service with the Information Services Department of the Asokwa Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region and work with the National Tuberculosis Control Programme under the Public Health Division of the Ghana Health Service. He also serves as Co-director of Clinic Ash-town Limited in Kumasi.

Fred-Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in Historical and Political Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Presbyterian University, Ghana. He also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, following national and voluntary service with the Ghana Legal Aid Commission.

She holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Takoradi Technical University. Evelyn completed her national service with the Ghana Revenue Authority and has gained practical experience through roles with Sam I.T., the Judicial Service and the National Identification Authority. She also served as a teacher at Chrisbea Montessori, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to service.

Evelyn is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. She has completed Part 1 and is preparing for Part 2 of the qualifying examinations toward becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she is laying the foundation for EVY’S LIFE FOUNDATION, a charitable initiative focused on supporting needy, homeless, orphaned and underprivileged people. Her work reflects a commitment to excellence, integrity, impact and creating value in both business and society.
