Fiifi Mensah is the Chairman & Co-founder of Debnua Investment & Properties. He is a Software Programmer with a Professional Diploma Certificate from NIIT Accra. He also holds a computer science degree from Catholic University College in Fiapre-Sunyani. Fiifi has been part of the computerization process of Credit Unions in the country since 2005 and has over 15 years’ experience in software programming, networking and computer hardware. Fiifi is the zonal manager for CS information systems, a reputable software company in Ghana with oversight responsibility over Ashanti region, part of central and western regions. Fiifi has had the opportunity to attend several seminars both locally and internationally and that has added to his vast level of IT experience. As a programmer, Fiifi is responsible for getting most of his client’s needs on software, networking, hardware solutions, modifying programming codes to meet trending market challenges and providing solutions to satisfy growing needs of his large clientele. Fiifi is also a rising politician and is currently the chairman of the New Patriotic Party in the Bantama constituency. Fiifi has a strong interpersonal relations with people and a strong achiever.

Kwaku Nyarko Addo is the CEO & Co founder of Debnua Investment & Properties. He is the immediate past CEO and co-founder of SHAccu Co-op Credit Union in Shama in the Western Region of Ghana. He holds BSc. Degree in Economics and a Professional Microfinance Certificate from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds an Executive Master’s Degree from the China Europe International Business School (CEIPS). Kwaku also holds an International Executive Certificate from the Harvard University, Cambridge – USA. He has a certificate in Strategic Management of Microfinance Institution from the Finanzgruppe - Germany and a Certified Credit Union Manager’s Certificate from the Institute of Co-operative Affairs, Kenya. Kwaku also has a certificate in Financial Statement Analysis from the Data Bank Group. He worked with ARCCU Co-op Credit Union as the head of finance and has over 15 years’ experience in Credit Union Management. He has attended several seminars both locally and internationally by Ghana Co-op Credit Union Association (CUA), African Confederation of Cooperative and Savings and Credit Associations and the World Council of Credit Unions.

Belinda Szabatura holds a B.Art Degree from the Methodist University, Ghana, and a Master's degree in social work from Walden University, California, USA.

She is the founder and CEO of Elly’s Respite Care LLC—an organization that now serves over 200 clients and employs 180 passionate professionals in the USA.

Her journey has been anything but conventional. She launched her company not from a boardroom but from a place of resilience, driven by a vision and a will that refused to be silenced despite the absence of support, funding, or a safety net.

Her determination was born out of necessity: She had witnessed too many lives fall through the cracks of a fractured system, and she knew change wouldn’t come unless she built it.

Evelyn Aframa Ogoe is a dynamic and purpose-driven professional with a strong background in administration, finance, and social impact. She currently serves as the Finance & Administrative manager at Debnua Investment & Properties, contributing to efficient operations and sound financial management within the corporate industry. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and Finance from Takoradi Technical University. She completed her national service with the Ghana Revenue Authority and has gathered practical experience from roles with Sam I.T., the Judicial Service, and the National Identification Authority. She also served as a teacher at Chrisbea Montessori, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to service. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), having completed Part 1 and presently preparing for Part 2 of the qualifying exams toward becoming a Chartered Accountant. Beyond her corporate and professional pursuits, she is also laying the foundation for EVY’S LIFE FOUNDATION, a charitable initiative focused on supporting the needy, homeless, orphaned, and underprivileged—reflecting her deep passion for community upliftment and transformation. She is committed to excellence, integrity, and impact. She is driven by a desire to create value both in business and in the lives of those society often overlooks.

Charles Neequaye is the group head of Debnua Investment and Properties. Charles before joining Debnua was part of the management of SHAccu Co-op Credit Union, a cooperative financial institution in the Western Region of Ghana. Charles comes with vast experience in sales from his first job with Fransuel Limited Company, the AirtelTigo Dealer in the Western & Ashanti Regions of Ghana. He holds Higher Diploma in Marketing from Takoradi Technical University. He worked with SHAccu for 12 years and served in many roles such Credit Risk Manager at the Head Office. He served as the Branch Manager for SHAccu at Aboadze for 3 years then moved to the Head Office as Branch Manager for 2 years.

Fred Ian Turkson is the group head for the Ashanti regional operations of Debnua Investments and Properties. He operates in the corporate industry with a wealth experience, having worked in several organizations such as Leadafrique International as a cluster manager, the Information Service Department of the Asokwa Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti region and the National Tuberculosis Control Programme under the Public Health Division of the Ghana Health Service. He also currently serves as the Co-director for Clinic Ash-town Limited in Kumasi. He holds a bachelors degree in historical and political studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana. He as well holds bachelors of law degree (LLB) from the Presbyterian University Ghana and a certification in alternative dispute resolution after a year and half of national service and voluntary service with the Ghana Legal Aid Commission.
